   5. using the Website in a manner which impairs its operation;
   6. using the Website in such a manner that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionably large burden on Yell's infrastructure, as determined by Yell in its sole discretion; and/or
   7. using any automated means (including, without limitation, agents, robots, scripts, or spiders) to monitor or copy the Website or its content or bypass Yell.com tools or services or to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Website.
